At Qrios Studio, we're committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or get in touch, how we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have over it.
Who We Are
Qrios Studio is a trading name of Qrios Sales & Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16450188). Our registered office is 41 Stanhope Street, Liverpool, L8 5RE.
We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, email us at hello@qriosconsultancy.com or call 07914 806410.

How We Use Your Information
To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about our services
To deliver the services, workshops or membership you've signed up for
To send you news, updates and marketing emails, but only if you've opted in

We never sell your personal information.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), we rely on the following lawful bases:
Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Contract: where we need your information to provide a service you've asked for or signed up to.
Legitimate interests: to reply to enquiries and to run and improve our business, where this doesn't override your rights.
Legal obligation: where we need to keep records, for example for tax and accounting.
If you're based in Portugal or elsewhere in the EU, the EU GDPR gives you the same protections.
Who We Share Your Information With
We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need. These include:
Squarespace, which hosts our website, forms, mailing list and membership area
Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics) and measuring our advertising (Google Ads), only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies
Our payment providers, if you pay for a membership or service online
Our email provider, when you email us
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
International Transfers
Some of our providers, such as Squarespace and Google, may process data outside the UK and EU, including in the US. Where this happens, they use recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your information protected.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We only keep your information for as long as we need it:
Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 2 years from our last contact
Client and membership records: 6 years after our work together ends, to meet tax and accounting rules
Mailing list details: until you unsubscribe

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work, to understand how people use it and to measure our marketing. Essential cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, are only used if you select "Accept all" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We use secure, reputable systems to store your information and we limit who can access it. No website can be completely secure, but we take sensible steps to protect your data.
